What we collect on this website
When you join the waitlist or reserve the Annual Clarity Report, we collect your email address, your first name if you give it, the kind of role you selected, the option you chose and your consent to receive emails. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and to keep the site running.
This website does not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
- To tell you when early access opens and to send occasional letters about deciding well, based on your consent.
- If you reserved the report, to send you a payment link and, once you pay, to prepare and deliver it.
We never sell your data and never use it for advertising.
Who processes it for us
The site and the waitlist form are hosted by Netlify, Inc. Payments for the report are handled by Stripe. Both act on our instructions and protect your data under their own data processing terms, including standard contractual clauses where data leaves the UK or the EU.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and in any case no longer than 24 months after the app launches if you never become a member. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and you can withdraw your consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to your data protection authority, for example the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK or the authority in your EU country.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you by email.
