Terms of service

Last updated: 3 November 2026

These terms apply when you use considerio.com, join the waitlist, buy the Annual Clarity Report or, from launch, become a member. Please read them; they are short on purpose.

1. Who we are

Considerio is a trading name of ELPAMU LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15824095), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@considerio.com.

2. What Considerio is, and is not

Considerio is a tool for reflection and self-coaching. It combines a classical Chinese timing system (BaZi and Zi Wei Dou Shu), coaching questions based on NLP methods, image cards and a decision log.

Considerio does not predict the future and does not give financial, investment, legal, medical, psychological or other professional advice. Your decisions remain yours. Do not rely on Considerio instead of a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or thinking of harming yourself, contact local emergency services or a crisis line.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Considerio.

3. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation for you or us. We will email you about early access. Waitlist members receive their first month of membership free when the app launches, provided they join within 60 days of the launch email.

4. The Annual Clarity Report

5. Membership (from launch)

6. Your account and your content

You are responsible for keeping your login safe. Your check-ins, answers and decisions remain yours; you give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. You can export or delete them at any time.

7. Our content

The Considerio name, logo, image cards, question sets, interpretation texts, reports and software belong to ELPAMU LTD or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal and professional reflection. You may not copy, resell, republish or use them to build a competing product. Parts of the calculation engine are based on open-source software and data used under their licences; credits are listed in the app.

8. Fair use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer it, no unlawful content, and no use on behalf of others without their consent.

9. Our responsibility to you

We provide Considerio with reasonable care and skill. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights, including under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. We are not responsible for decisions you make, or their outcomes, or for losses that were not foreseeable. If you use Considerio for business purposes, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes and availability

We may update these terms as the service develops. We will give you notice of material changes before they apply to you. We may suspend or end the service; if we end it, we will refund any prepaid amount for the period not provided.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may bring proceedings in your local courts. Please contact us first; most things can be put right by email.
